1How to file a DMCA notice

To submit a takedown request, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service (URL).
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.

Notices that do not substantially comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) may be ignored. Knowingly submitting a false notice may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.

3Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). On receipt of a valid counter-notification we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4Repeat infringers

Consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), accounts that are the subject of repeated DMCA notices may be suspended or terminated.
